I saw an advert on Ebay for a Land Rover Discovery 3 from this garage, so my wife and I paid him a visit, though never owning one I was amazed how good it looked condition wise and we had a run it was so silent, that was it, we bought it, it needed a MOT, but Simon the seller said onseeing our part exchange do you want a tow bar fitting, we said yes and he had it done for us at cost price, little after we had a problem and rang him he said bring it down and we will fix it, he then said have you got side steps bring them down and we will fit them while its here at no cost to us.We now have had it since September and its perfect a few bit needed changing but nothing expensive, so I am pleased to recommend you go there if you have a 4 x 4 for service or parts to be fitted, I am so glad I found them and got my dream car. many thanks alex
With regards the post on the VW Golf.Mr Williams fails to mention that he had driven the car over 1000 miles with the egine managment light on and a noise and it useing coolant.None of the above had been reported to us during the month of ownership! the car has been repaired but before repair it was agreed that a contribution would be made to repair cylinder head damage as the owner had driven the car knowingly it had the fault.We as a buisness have stood the cost of parts and labour on a car that should of been 1350.00 it was sold on a trade basis and we have stood our end.I leave it up to reasonable people to make their own minds up?
We rought a car back in march for 750 was originally 600 but i asked for a service and 12MOT and it went upto the price we brought. There was minor issues with body work but nothing major. When we brought the car we asked whats the warranty with it and his words was my reputation is worth more than 750. We were happy with the car at first1 month after having the car the enjine went The AA took the car to the garage as it wantwd new pistons etc this was he is now holding the car for a sum of 250 for repairs Good luck to you all that buy vehicles of them
