Excellent customer service
Had to pick up a car seat from Argos today. The box it came in was huge and it was heavy. Howard who works there very kindly took it to my car and was really pleasant .just thought what a nice man
Just been in to this shop and a lovely young man was working who couldn't be more friendly and helpful, he's a real credit to the shop, they are lucky to have someone like him. Helped carry my order to the car as he could see I was struggling with having my baby with me.
Usually swift service, with friendly staff on hand to help, who almost always great you when you enter and ask if you need any assistance (unless it's very busy). Pretty accessible for physically disabled people, although the counters for the catalogues are quite high.
The staff are a good diverse and friendly mix. Always happy to help and discuss purchases. Staff are always happy to move around the store and approach you with a friendly greeting and they always ask if your ok. Service is quick and well managed. I always enjoy shopping here. I just wish they had more items in stock. However they will always have what you want in later the same day or the following morning if you reserve an item. Which can be quicker than an Amazon prime delivery.
