I was sending an important mail and want it to be quick, There was an old female stuff with silver hair told me there are two options, one is normal no tracking service or signed for, but signed for has to be someone to receive and sign for it, otherwise it will be taken back(actually not) she misled me to use the normal one and I can't track my mail, I sent it with the first class which is the best I could do but 8 days passed still not delivered! It has my passport and all kind of important things in it. Later I found out that actually there are many more services like special delivery guarantee I can pick, but she didn't tell me any of those, I feel so angry about it! Now I am really thinking she is a racist and she could not do this job !!!!and maybe she hasn't posted my mail at all!be careful of this post office! Terrible experience!!
