Lovely vets and staff friendly. Joel knows our dog very well and is very gentle with him as he's deaf. EDIT. Neil is also very nice to Harry and is understanding of our situation.
Always helpful and friendly staff and accommodating with appointments. It would get 5 stars if we saw the same vet each time. Luckily we don't need to very often but this might matter more if we did need to attend more
Lovely staff and great vet. I was helped by James the vet. Both my cats thoroughly examined. I was told what the likely cause was, given medication for the cat that was ill. Told what to look out for. Even told what the next step would be if this treatment didn't help . Very thorough , clear and reassuring consultation. I wouldn't go to any other vets !
Amazing & caring vets. It's a distance for us to travel but well worth it for the professional & understanding vets. There is parking on site & we waited less than 5 minutes on arrival for two separate appointment to be seen. Very competent vets who handled are dogs with care.
