Had a problem with an item I had purchased from them. I messaged them from Spain, they replaced the product under warranty, and shipped in a short time, even over the Christmas holidays.
I can not recommend the online store for customers outside the UK. If you return items cost for sending back are extremly high. The process itself is a paper chase, the IT seems to be from the past century
