Brilliant place to get a second hand car, bought a Vuaxhall Vectra Sri of these lovely chaps. Probably the best car I have owned!!! Recommend.
Great place if you are looking for a decent second hand car. They have quite a few in stock all at reasonable prices depending on what you are looking for. The cars appear to be well maintained and look nice plus there is no pressurised sales talk. All cars come with a current Mot and warranty depending on the age of the car.
Good dealership, car broke in a week of getting it but wasn't AC motors fault and they fixed it straight away at no extra cost which was good of them
BEWARE!!!! Doesnt even deserve 1 star **PLEASE READ UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF PAGE!**I purchased a car from this garage at the end of June 2018. I had problems with the car and took it to another garage to carry out an inspection report. Turned out, there were numerous issues with the car, including the DPF being removed (badly) and various other issues. The garage denied knowing about the DPF removal (despite the car belonging to the owners best friend and the owner having it for 4 months previous to me buying it). Alan first said, take me to court then, Ive had this happen with a car before and I won in court, I was with a magistrate yesterday. He then said they would fix the issue and re fit a DPF. They had the car for over a month. Alan (one of the owners I presume or the owners son). Said that he would drop the car off. No answering texts or phone calls so I had to call him from a different number, low and behold he called that number right back! We arranged for me to collect the car. As I was driving home after collecting it, the engine lights came on. Then the next day, Car wouldnt go over 20-30mph. Alan didnt answer my calls (surprise surprise). The finance company called him and he answered and told them he is more than happy to have the car looked at. I booked the car into my local garage (having to take ANOTHER day off work because of this car!). They ran a diagnostics test which confirmed the issue with the DPF remained. Moral of the story is. I would never, ever, ever purchase a car from AC Motors EVER again. Alan is a conman. He has given no thought to the fact that this is having a big affect on my life. Having to take days off work, having to cancel plans, spending money on transport, stress of having to call around different garages etc. He is a liar and will blatantly lie about conversations we have had. Please, if you are thinking of buying from this garage (think again) or at the very least, I suggest you get somebody to carry out a full inspection on the car before purchasing. I will never buy from a garage without doing exactly that from now on.This has been a nightmare and I wouldnt wish it on anybody.***Update*** the car described above was a black Audi A4 cabriolet 08 plate. AC motors now have this car back as I won the right to reject the vehicle.
