Attended a children's 'Ninja Warrior' themed party - great time had by all and even the parents had a go!

LOVE this gym, its the hardest workout Ive ever had. The instructors are amazing, supportive yet pushing you to achieve as much as possible and constantly helping you improve your technique. Kids love this place too, for them its a giant adventure playground!Thoroughly recommend it!!
I went to my first introductory boot camp class yesterday. It was very good. We were told to work at our own rate but were encouraged to work harder when John thought that we could do more. He excels in his knowledge of exercise and encourages you when needed. Ninja warrior course next!!!
This is a fantastic place. My 2 children first joined for ninja warrior classes and absolutely love it. I was so impressed with the place and what it has to offer that I have now also joined. John is an excellent coach and he certainly knows his stuff! A few of my friends have recently joined too and they are equally impressed. Highly recommended. Sarah Cartwright
