Really well equipped gym, never left waiting to use equipment, and I love the fact that the people who use this place are really down to earth, not in your face ego and judgemental.

Great gym and staff a real lifters gym with friendly members and staff. Good range of freeweights and racks. Bonus points for quality heavy bags.
Love this gym! The staff actually help you get the most out of it and make it worth your time! They are all very passionate about fitness but also down to earth. Gyms can be intimidating places but the staff make sure you feel empowered and at ease!!
