Lovely staff, nice and clean rooms (relatively large)And the food was very nice too.
The Alexander's Court Hotel in Congleton is a small family run establishment where you will be assured of a warm welcome. The rooms are decorated in an elegant manner with tea and coffee making facilities plus WiFi and a flat screen TV. Breakfast can be arranged at a cost. It has recently been refurbished and has an excellent dining area and a small bar. Both are open to the public. The gardens are well landscaped and on site parking is available. The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs.
Attended a conference and was an overnight guest.The rooms felt a little budget but we may have been in the 'conference' accommodation opposed to hotel accommodation. The facilities for the conference were excellent.The food provided was excellent and the hotel grounds well presented.
Fantastic service. Lovely place, looked great at night when we arrived. Had some issues with having to bring our kids and had to change the booking last minute, this was not a probleherm and we arrive to a travel cot & single bed for the kids. Make sure you book for breakfast!
Had a lovely chat with a friend in here and I was able to enjoy the lost art of conversation, without the need to shout or be bothered by anyone other than the relaxed and friendly staff, whom were always available to help. I am very happy with the decor and experience. I will enjoy another visit soon, I have no doubt. Thank you.
