Won't use anywhere else! Mostly have deliveries which always arrive earlier than stated and always piping hot. The drivers are lovely and very polite. In the many years I've been using Hotspot only once have I had a problem with an order, no mint sauce sent for my Onion Bhaji! A quick phone call and it was sorted.
Food delivered but was cold.......
Ordered from here a few times and was lovely food til the last time I ordered. The chips were cold and soggy, the kebab meat was cold and tasteless and my burger bap was burnt. As someone said previously, looked like it'd been thrown in the boxes. Really not happy after spending 27 on our order and all the food was well below satisfactory. Will NOT be ordering again.
A favourite for over a decade
Order from here all the time and never have and a problem, food is always delivered hot and in a reasonable time. Have also ordered here for collection and staff are always nice. Would recommend
