Rude rude rude manager, went on a Sunday night, as it popped up on 2 for 1 meerkat meals, Ate meal, came to pay and stated that we were using the meerkat 2 for 1 meals, only to be told that we had to phone ahead and tell them that we were using meerkat meals before we got their, manager was extremely rude, bear in mind that the place was half empty we were told that they prioritise full paying customers shame because meal was ok
AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE. Lovely meal and great servers but the manager is a complete p***k! We called and booked on a Sunday which was fine, we went to use the Meerkat meals code as its ADVERTISED on the Meerkat meals and the manager was an absolute d**k stating we couldnt use it, (FYI weve used Meerkat meal codes everywhere without fuss before) As said by the d**khead manager we prioritise our full paying customers Well youve just lost good paying customer and a 30th birthday party in a few months made up of 40 people! I cant actually believe how weve been treated. They are definitely using Meerkat meals to reel customers in and refusing to honour it! Theyll claim that we used the code too via Meerkat and make money from it! Utter scum bags! Ill be reporting this to Meerkat Meals too. Scum!
Amazing food great staff beautiful place
Nice food but tended to be on the hotter side of the rating, which was the second fore everyone in our party. Staff very friendly
Goods is good very poor at time management though.the last 3 orders I collected were over double the quoted time
